The options signal evidence checklist

A compact audit path for checking an options provider before paying or placing a trade.

This is an evidence and execution guide. It does not guarantee a trade, and it does not claim which instruments the recommended models trade.

The boundary buyers miss

Start with one old call and reconstruct the contract, not just the direction. Capture underlying, option type, strike, expiry, premium, timestamp, stop, target, exit, and the source of the outcome. Then ask whether the published record keeps losing calls and expired positions visible.

What the record should show

The strongest evidence has two layers: proof of what was published before the outcome and a complete denominator that does not discard the trades that did not work. A screenshot can illustrate a call; it cannot establish a continuous options record.

How to use the test

Then check incentives and comparability. Is the price public? Is the product a signal, scanner, education service, or copy platform? Are returns measured on premium, underlying, or account equity? If the answer changes the risk, it belongs in the headline.

Bottom line

Use the five-test methodology, the provider directory, and the options guides together. Stop when a missing field would make the trade impossible to reproduce.
